Since April 2022, I have worked as a Technical Project Manager, while also taking on responsibilities as a Technical Product Owner. This hybrid role emerged from the need to lead teams, manage continuous support for enterprise clients, and coordinate delivery cycles in platforms built with Ibexa DXP.
My work blends technical leadership, operational management, product definition, and fast decision‑making to ensure stability, quality, and consistent progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration for three enterprise clients with platforms built on Ibexa DXP.
- Incident management, coordinating the correct team to resolve critical bugs, blockers, and technical issues.
- Full project management, including requirement gathering, team coordination, task tracking, and continuous delivery.
- Technical leadership for advanced initiatives, such as implementing semantic search powered by AI, including RAG‑based flows.
- Customer communication, from support tickets to evolutive development and full project implementations.
- Effort estimation and scope breakdown, preparing accurate quotes based on technical complexity and dependencies.
- Rapid technical decision‑making, ensuring stability, delivery speed, and product quality.
- Quality assurance of every deliverable, validating both technical correctness and functional alignment.
